C9R is NOT a generic software package.  C9R will be customized to meet your specific needs (included in purchase price), so you don't have to find ways to work around the limitations as required by other software packages.  After the installation, if you have a change of rules or need to track some other information, we'll make the changes as you need them.

Reports can be created by Scherer Development as you need them or you can use report writer software (Ex: Crystal Reports) to create you own.

There are several reports already created to give you the information you need.  From member listings, member balances and statements to daily arrivals, campground register and occupancy report.  And don't forget, if need the report changed, it's just a call away.

 Housekeeping

Your housekeeping crew can easily check the campground map to see which cabins/trailers are ready to be cleaned. 

Keep track of who has what in your storage area.  Annual fees can also be charge for use of the storage area.

 Reservations

Use the reservation screen and availability charts to select the sites that will make the best use of the sites you have.
